SON constitution updated to include Woods Edge and Sherwood Estates

Based on a vote at our general meeting April 2014 and followup work done by Tisa Bowden, Sherwood Oaks Neighbors now includes Sherwood Estates and Woods Edge.  Neighbors felt it made sense to include these neighborhoods immediately to the south because we share common issues and boundaries.   The SON map on file with the  City of Bloomington has been updated to reflect our expanded area.  Below is the SON constitution, also updated.
